byougle enables creators to create SMS newsletters. Subscribers can opt-in to receive texts. Creators pay $19.99/month USD for a month-month plan and can receive a 14-day free trial.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Byougle to send spam, scams, or misleading content. Any abuse will result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Creator Responsibility

Creators are fully responsible for the content they send. Byougle does not pre-screen messages but may remove users in violation of terms.

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Plans are month-to-month unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via your dashboard. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Limitation of Liability

byougle.com + app.byougle.com is not liable for losses arising from misuse of the platform or any SMS content created by third-party users.
